According to Inocêncio, these are the second printed Sinodae Constitutions of the Archbishopric of Braga, ordered to be executed by Sebastião de Matos e Noronha, first Bishop of Elvas and also responsible for the publication of the corresponding Constitutions, later he was Archbishop of Braga and ended up imprisoned in S. Julião da Barra when accused of conspiracy against D. João IV. Rare.
