COMPLETE COLLECTION of this very rare periodical from the Peninsular War period, published in Porto and one of the rare pro-Napoleonic periodicals published in Portugal. Published with the clear objective of giving importance and value to the actions of the invading troops, the "Diário do Porto" was a spokesperson for the French and for the Duke of Dalmatia, Marechal Soult, a figure greatly exalted by the texts printed there and one of the most important of the second invasion.
