It seems to us that this is a counterfeit of the third edition of this Lunário Perpétuo, originally published in Lisbon, by Miguel Manescal in 1703. The collation of this copy does not correspond at all to that referenced in the BN collection, using numbers in the signatures of the notebooks, in instead of the usual capital letters, in addition to not having unnumbered notebooks or preliminary folios. The work enjoyed enormous success in its time until well into the 19th century, having seen numerous editions.
